Persimmon toast

Sourdough toast with vegan Greek style cheese and sliced persimmon. This slice of heaven hits ALL the senses. It’s sweet, salty, crunchy, creamy and fresh all in one mouthful. You HAVE to try this flavour combination – trust me.

Persimmon Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1 tbsp greek style plant based cheese violife is best
  • half a persimmon fresh

Equipment

  • toaster

Method
 

  1. put bread in toaster to toast
  2. whilst bread is toasting, slice persimmon width ways from the base (this shows the star pattern in the persimmon)
  3. when the toast is ready, spread the cheese on top and then add persimmon slices. enjoy! <3
